Adaptogenic Granola

This granola is jam-packed with oats, buckwheat groats, almonds, dried fruit, maple syrup, and mushrooms. Yes, mushrooms. Reishi is excellent for increasing energy and vitality and decreasing stress —all great things for kicking off the day! Ingredients: 1 cup oats 1/4 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup dried fruit of choice 1/4 cup buckwheat groats 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp Harmonic Arts Reishi powder 1 tsp maca powder (optional) Instructions: 1. Place the oats and almonds in a large bowl and stir to combine.

2. In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, coconut oil (melted), vanilla, reishi, and maca until smooth.

3. Pour the syrup mixture into the oats and stir to coat, then transfer onto a lined cookie sheet and spread in a thin layer.

4. Bake for 10-12 mins (watching very closely and mixing often to prevent burning) at 325 F until lightly browned.

5. Once cool, add to a jar with the dried fruit and buckwheat. Shake to combine and enjoy!
