Is there anything better than a good pasta dish?? I am currently obsessed with this pesto pasta with fried tofu.

• Onion, diced • Mushrooms, diced • Celery, diced

Fry over medium heat with a bit of oil

• 1 block tofu, cubed • 1/2 cup NOW Foods Canada Almond Flour • 1/2 cup Nutritional yeast • 1/8 cup oil

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Toss the cubes of tofu in a separate bowl with the oil. Mix the tofu cubes in with the flour mixture. Fry the tofu cubes over medium heat with a bit of oil.

• Elbow noodles • Homemade pesto

Stir the pesto, the fried veggies and the noodles together. Once on a plate, top with the fried tofu.

Cranberry season is upon us, so make some fruity cranberry cookies using NOW Foods Canada Almond Flour. Almond flour is a great substitute for white flour. Not only is it tasty, but it is superfine, contains fewer carbs gluten-free and is rich in protein. Almond Flour also adds some texture to baked goods adding to its flakiness.😊
